Case Management Nurse New

Pride Health is hiring a RN Case Manager (Remote) to support our client’s medical facility based in Milwaukee, WI. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Home Milwaukee North 4 - Nursing

Candidate MUST HAVE:

- 1 year Home Health RN experience

- Active BLS (AHA) and state RN license (WI or compact)

- Wound care experience (wound vacs, pleural drains and ostomy care).

- Able to complete peripheral blood draws, central line care, and IV admin through multiple devices (elastomeric, IV pumps).

- Excellent assessment skills and computer documentation.

- Reliable transportation, active driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Pay: $70/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
